  1. Inconsistent information provided to Members from different central office departments due to the lack of a unified, single source of member data.
  2. Organizational process inefficiencies as a result of Member data system inconsistencies.
  3. Support risks stemming from out-dated current system.

The key goals for this project were:

  • To create one reliable source for Membership information.
  • To provide improved efficiency, functionality and usability to users.
  • To eliminate support risks by moving to a more widespread, universal technical platform.
  • To provide self-service, on-demand member information where it is required.


Unison provided an end-to-end suite of project services including Organizational Process Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Staff Training Planning and Project Management to successfully deliver an implementation of UnionWare that met the above stated goals.
