  • To increase accuracy of information and, therefore, credibility with Members.
  • To provide improved efficiency, functionality and usability to users.


Unison provided complete project services including Organizational Process Analysis, Off-The-Shelf Package Evaluation, Requirements Analysis, Staff Training Planning and Project Management to successfully deliver an implementation of UnionWare that met the above stated goals.
